Allowances are shared across the whole team, not per person: busy analysts use more, light users use less, and the team's total is what counts. They renew on the first of each month.

Questions
What counts as a visual?
Each answer to a question in Ask that produces a visual, and each visual that Build with Agent creates and saves. Refining a visual, opening, filtering or sharing a dashboard and scheduled refreshes are not counted, and neither is a question that fails.
What counts as a Deep Dive conversation?
A conversation is counted once, when its first answer is produced. Follow-up questions in the same conversation are free; continuing in a new thread starts a new conversation.
What happens when the team's allowance runs out?
You are warned at 80%. At the limit new visuals and conversations wait for the first of the next month, or your administrator asks us for more in one click. Nothing you already built is affected.
Why do I bring my own AI model?
Your data then goes only to the provider you chose, under your own agreement with them, and the AI cost is paid at the provider's price. The evaluation includes our AI so you can start without one.
Who runs it?
We host, update and monitor it. Business is your own private installation, run by us. Dedicated can run in your cloud or in ours, in your region.
